A1: W3: WISEMAN FILMING ACTIVITY_A observational montage film_Elsa

My sister always starts her homework wherever she likes, no matter how bad and chaotic she is, she can learn well, this time in the study room. First of all, I start with an observational full shot to my sister. This shot shows the relations between the character and space. It is important to reveal the location at the beginning because it can reveal a lot of information to the audience, and make a preview to tell the audience what will happen next. Also, I arranged an open and close door movement, which lead us to a more interactive scope. Not an observation from the annoying long-distance place but get into the situation.

Comparing to the noisy environment at the beginning of the video, it is much quieter now. I added the very iconic homework writing sound in the background to control and emphasis the sense of rhythm.  I use the cowboy shot to bring the audience closer to the situation, meantime character began to read the poem and get her homework out. She shows her anxiety when she touches the feet, which is also the emotional movement powerful in the shot to explain the inner activity of the character. After that, I quickly shift the screen to tell the audience that her homework requires speed and she is a little nervous, and it is useful.

I also arranged some cutaway to present that my sister’s picture means she is lived with us, she is not independent yet. Plas, the table shows she has no arrangement for this assignment. Furthermore, suddenly she stops every movement to drink milk as relaxed all her bad feeling. Following with a slower and longer version of the video, and turn down the sound a bit to create a more relaxing feeling. His feet were quiet at this stage. It also means whether the work or the short film is almost near the end. Finally, I use a relatively full-length shot with a put-down voice and a long sigh of relief to tell this is the end of the film.
