About Me

My name is Giorgia Deslandes and I currently studying media at RMIT university.

Being a young, angst ridden teen simply trying to find her way in the world and all that jazz, I find myself drawn towards the exciting and experimental world of art, music and particularly film, which is why I elected to study media in the first place.

My favourite kind of self expression, wanky as it may seem, is the kind that combines sound and visual art to create an experience that envelopes the viewer and takes them to a place where no limits exist and meaning is universal. This perhaps where my love of film, as well as other art forms and media types, comes from.

Food is also my friend.

Particularly that of the deep fried variety.
