Would your film or media students be keen to create a 45-sec video to win prizes?

Create a 45-second video about the log-a-fish project Redmap to raise awareness of ocean warming – and to win prizes!

Why? The Redmap video competition offers a total of $5,000 in cash prizes. It’s also a chance to showcase your video (and your Uni or school!) on the Redmap website and in promotions around the country.

Who? Anyone in Australia, any age.*

Style? Any style is welcome, from an animation to a mockumentary, photo slideshow, an interview (e.g. with a scientist or fisher), underwater footage, faux-news bulletin, skit, TV-style ad and musical. The sea’s the limit!

What?  Just include the themes ‘Redmap’ and ‘ocean warming’.

When? Enter your 45-second video by 1 May 2014

For more information go to:  www.redmap.org.au/article/redmap-video-comp-2014/

Pass on the competition details to interested students, colleagues, friends and family.

What’s that cliché again? Be in it to win it!
