There are no puns left to describe writing about what my peers are saying

Mia Zen – is this really your last name? I hope so. Mia looked at forms of cultural expression in the Manovich reading, and found that databases “do not tell stories”, as compared to a narrative that is in itself, a story.

I’m enjoying Luke’s preoccupation with Elliot; the photo of him and the remark about his new black and white checked shirt. I also appreciate his other blog subjects. Luke seems to have a satirical, yet informative blogging style, as in his Potato Peeler post.

Marcus chooses a relevant quote from the Manovich reading to describe databases:
“…a structured collection of data. The data stored in a database are organized for fast research and retrieval by a computer and therefore a database is anything but a simple collection of items.”
