THE FOURTEEN DAYS

THE FOURTEEN DAYS

When Laura had to travel to Nanjing, a part of China heavily affected by COVID-19, she realized that she’d have to quarantine. After traveling to Nanjing as a market development manager, Laura was instructed to stay at quarantine hotel for 14 days after returning home to Weihai. Visited by staff in PPE gear and tested regularly, Laura had time to consider what the pandemic meant to her. The fourteen days is a short documentary which combines and archive from someone who has experienced quarantine and considers the ways that COVID-19 has affected everyday Chinese people.
