  1. In the chapter “Mobility: montage and movement of the camera”, the author states that the shot is only a slice of time that indicates a part of the space. However, through the mobility of the camera, the shot become mobile as well and become able to achieve a somewhat unified purpose. The author also discusses his understanding towards the notion of sequence shot and shot itself since he believes that shot is more like an indication of being, a capture of a particular point of time, and therefore it is not necessary that shots should be arranged in an orderly sequence.
