Why can’t I stop watching Vines?

I’m sick as a dawggggg currently and hating life. So instead of doing work I’ve dedicated my time to watching vines.
There’s only one problem with this…I despise Vines. I actually hate them! However I can’t stop watching. 90% of them aren’t even funny yet I log onto youtube each day just to get my daily fix. Procrastination at it’s best!
In an unlecture Adrian was talking about how a few years ago a similar thing was invented that was called ’12 second tv’. This failed miserably as people weren’t quite ready for it. Yet 4 years down the track Vines come out and they are a huge hit. It shows how important market timing is and that even if you have an amazing idea it simply can’t be thrusted onto people, they need to be ready. In this day and age where everything is online and social media is a dominant force with no end in sight, vines are a great way to get your name out there as a comedian, singer or even just to share a humiliating video of someone.

As I said before, I really can’t stand them, but I can’t stop watching. So here is a select view that I actually enjoy!
