By day, Lindsay Newton is a personable well-spoken gentleman, but by night he’s a loud, rude and hilarious ‘bogan’. Since childhood, Lindsay dreamed of being a performer – but sometimes life can get in the way. After finishing drama school in the 1990s, he has experienced the highs and lows of trying to make it in show business. We see Lindsay in his role as the host of a high-energy comedy-game show in small towns across rural Victoria. BOGAN BINGO is a five-minute short documentary that invites us to explore the strange places life can take you when you follow your dreams.
