5. I feel as though actively engaging in class discussion and exercises is important for my learning as it helps me to feel confident with what I do and I can gain insights and from both Seth and classmates. This semester I would like to see myself participating more in class, volunteering and partaking in discussions, and also engaging with course material.

I think I actively participated in class today, I asked questions and also was able to partake in class discussions. Our class was in charge of compiling a list of questions to be discussed in next week’s lecture- and I was able to offer a question about the reading. We spent a lot of time working on our self assessment goals but I felt I was able to contribute in the discussion about this and raised my confusion to Seth who was then able to guide me in the right direction.
