Synopsis

Most people must have the experience of ordering food delivery or online shopping, but how many of you have ever focused on those service personnel such as delivery courier, postman, reception staff, and so forth. Unsung Heroes is a documentary produced in the context of the Coronavirus disease. In this documentary, the daily routine of the delivery courier Donglin Jia and the reception staff Spencer Owen will be shown. It also shows how they consider their jobs and how much they and their parents worried about their physical conditions.

The film brings these service practitioners whose contributions used to be forgotten by the public onto the screen, in particular delivery men and reception staff. Unsung Heores is dedicated to reminding the audience to pay fair attention, respect, and gratitude to them.
