Carina, a 23-year-old co-owner of two butcher’s stores, shares her experiences remaining open during the COVID-19 pandemic. Whilst she is fortunate to remain in work, it doesn’t mean she is worry-free. Carina candidly shares all the different sorts of stresses that come with keeping herself, her staff and her customers safe and happy, under strenuous circumstances unlike any before.
