Another new semester! New course structure!

The reason that I choose The Scene in Cinema is that we did quite a lot of practical exercises in the last few semesters; we have learned how to make drama and documentary. But if people ask me, why are you taking these shots, the only reason I can give them is “cause it looks good”. Therefore I want to know more about scene and shot. How filmmaker consider about the construction of the shots? How explain the shot in a more professional way, and other things about filmmaking.
