For the first few weeks , we were just working on deciding the title, setting up social media page and finding possible guests. So we just doing a lot of brainstorming till week4. The idea of international job is very broad, so it was not easy to find a specific idea to focus on. We came up with few main point about finding job aboard

1) Networking, establishing & maintaining international connections
2) Overcoming fears & stepping out of cultural comfort zones
3) Technological evolution and its influence on interaction with foreign business partners

and finally we chose I am media graduate, get me out of here–finding job aboard as our seminar title.

We also decided the job and roles for each member  to make sure everyone have got something to do.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I created a google doc and collected everyone’s contact information, and attended every meeting. As I was in charge in the visual style of the seminar, there was not much I can do before we decide our title, but I did provided some advices for the poster( everyone in the group contributed to the poster).

What I have learnt from this brainstorming process of the seminar is don’t limited by something, and check facebook timely.
