When The Storm Fades is a dramatic film about a local family recovering after Super Typhoon Haiyan, which happened in 2013 in the Philippines. It demonstrates how natural disasters and changes to our environment can drastically alter the way we live our lives. It shows the importance of the environment around us, to not take for granted what we have until it’s gone.

Climate change has been a hot topic for the last few decades, and will be far into the future, as we continue to harm our environment. This video, narrated by Peter Rayner, a professor at the University of Melbourne, responds to the current climate crisis and demonstrates three ways that we, as individuals and also as part of a society, can help to make a difference in responding to the climate situation.
