This particular reading is not something that I will choose to read, however I enjoy the discussions on the limits of creative labour critique. The role of unpaid training and self- education, the unevenness of informal practices cronyism, word- of- mouth recruiting, lack of transparency- within formal media industries. This is significant as I am sure more students today experiences this, similarly to the idea of internships. The labour is quite important as it is the fundamental of everything, without it there will be no creative or social work force.
