Following Wikipedia we can know collaboration is the process of two or more people or organization working together to realize shared goals. Collaboration is very similar to cooperation, and both are an opposite of competition.

What is collaboration for me? 

In fact, from my primary school I knew the importance of teamwork taught by school teachers, through participation in various group activities. I think one of the most important point of collaboration is the ‘complementarity’, because not everyone is perfect, everyone has good at or not good at things. I believe that a good team is that everyone in the play to their strengths and weaknesses can also be covered to produce a satisfactory job.

I understand why Rachel Wilson made a special presentation for collaboration,  because ‘collaboration ‘is really important for our future. as a person who will be working in media i completely know the media is not a person will be able to create it, it should be said that not only the media, is any industry in the world do not leave the team work. For example say, you see a glamorous star in the stage alone, but she is not. Behind her is her exclusive broker, a company, make up artists and so on. Learn collaboration is absolutely essential for a successful no matter what you are doing.

But for the next pb4, I  very nervous, this is the first time of this semester to complete a project brief as a group even though we have done some group exercises before, but this time is related to the score which represents your degree may also affect your members of attitude, which makes me a little worried because of  my professional skill is a little bit weak compare with others and i dont affect my team.

Well, i will try my best to do everything i need to do no matter what !!!!!!
