‘Disappearing Act’ and reflections – Eamon Willis

For my final piece I chose the script ‘Disappearing Act’, because it was very well written and had an interesting premise which came across well in a short amount of time.
I shot it on my phone on a terrible tripod that I bought from K-Mart, and the end result doesn’t really reflect the quality of the script. It was a great learning experience though, and I got to really focus on editing and cinematography. As a result, some areas are stronger than others, but I still like the final piece because of what it taught me – that not everything has to be perfect as long as you learn from your mistakes.
