In the week 7, I learnt that a lot of misinformation can take advantage from people’s belief especially health way. For example, vaccine. As we know coronavirus is a very serious infection disease and this disease can kill people and without direct cure medicine. Thus, there are a lot of people worry about got infect by this disease. Therefore, if there are some vaccine news happen, that will be many people pay attention to it and then people might share these misinformation in their social platform. Nowadays, anti-vaccine is a very important thing to avoid some serious disease. However, some people is anti-vaccine, they think vaccine betray their belief. Thus, they have anti-vaccine activities, although it is without science prove. I think this is very ridicules behaviors because vaccine can help people to avoid disease and keep they have a health body. In addition, web 2.0 are health communication, and the postmodern medical paradigm. Web 2.0 improve heath communication, users can share their information about their cure progress no matter whether success or not. These experiences can educate others who has same disease with them. Web 2.0 not only can help people’s health, but also it can communicate with different view. According to the reading, there is about 16% seeker looked for vaccine information and in this community has 70% people got affect by their finding. which means internet is very important part of heath. There is other view of anti-vaccine, some of the parents do not want to take vaccine for their children because of they believing their children’s immunity. However, there is a graph about the risk of not taking vaccine in the website, after these parents saw the graph, some of them changed mine. Which can be seen, internet is a very influence thing, lots of people can be affect by the information from internet. However, there are sill some misinformation in it. Thus, before we trust it, we need to think about it.
