In the tutorial today, we mainly talk about the last project in this semester. We are going to be divided into groups (3 members each group) and complete a 7-8 minutes audio work surrounding the topic of “Attention”.  The form and content are free. To this project, there are some works for us every week. For example, in the ninth week, we have to finish a cooperative contract. We shall present the notices, requirements, responsibility for each one, as well as everyone’s skilful parts in this project. What’s more, each one shall find 4 references, read them and write an annotated bibliography about 800-word.

Then, the teacher asks us to drop out the main contents of the audio work surrounding the topic of “Attention”. Our group determine “how do social media distract the attention of people” as the contents of our project. Honestly, even though we has determined the contents, I’m still unclear about our project because I have no idea except that I need find 4 researches, read them and write a 800-word article. I don’t know how do we come up with the structure of the overall audio work but my group members tell me don’t worry and we’ll figure out. I guess this may be one of points of this week: cooperate. And the lecture in this week also told us how to better cooperate with others. In the tutorial, the teacher asks us speak out own advantages and disadvantages, such as I think I’m good at writing but not good at organisational structure and making speech. So I should hand over the structure part to other members and provide suggestions or possible help beside.

At last, the teacher asks us to use the very important audio recorder tool—Zoom H2N. We will use this equipment to complete our project.
