In class this week, we spent time to do some work that focus on our refection for this assignment. In this assignment my question is ” what does sky tell us” so my process to make media is as same as my previous project. My key to make this project is observing and waiting. Because i might not know what will happen , at least i have a time to look around in particular environment. This is my steps to do this assignment :
- I did some research that visual media practice to get inspiration
- I also looked up some academic to find some media practice.
- Get my idea and plan in my head. And write it down.
- Because i’m doing about the sky and cloud , i need to do some testing
- List all location that i want to film.
- Check weather forecast to know what time should i go to film.
- Get equipment and ready to film.
In this assignment, i also film the environment around the sky and the cloud therefore i did include some architecture of building to get noticing is more clearly. The sound is really interested in noticing as well because there will be different sound in particular weather condition. My key words to start noticing space or environment are observing ,waiting, questioning because i will get to know more detail of contents/ capture unexpected moment or to understand more about the content.
