I agree that mindset is truly the biggest influence of the passion of work. It is a vicious circle, if a people doing things he interested in, he won’t have motivation on it; if he doesn’t have motivation, he would not work hard, thus the value of his work is reduced. As a result, the most important step is to find the thing you like and doing the relative work. However, if the work you are doing is not your favourite but you could not change it, the only way is to change your attitude. Try to find the interest in it and doing it positively, always thing about the good aspect, which can increase your passion on it.
