I am so proud that my group get so far so good. This team would be the best team I have ever been! In the studio, we all find our role and do the best on our job. We do achieve the goal when we are creating the story. And we cannot make it without feedback from students and teachers which make me learnt a lot from the overall production process.

Since in the last task I did well in planning things and get the script done. In the radio feature package, my role is still writing script and thinking about what question we can use to ask interviewees to get best stories from them. I also asking to get some sound effects and music we might use to foiling of atmosphere.

We were planning to record sound effects outside with zoom but that did not work very well. Evenly, the part of interview we recorded outside is nearly unusable because the windy weather that day. So, we go to the backup plan that looking for music to cover the windy background noise and use free internet sound effects to make the interview feels like outside but with clear lines. The other parts I am looking for improvement is that some questions we did not get the answer we truly want from interviewees when the question is not directly point to some area. Or interviewee only put few words on it which is not useable for the radio feature package.

I have to say that on the production process we faced several hard challenges, but we do achieve the goal we want to share and there is good teamwork. I have to say thank you to Tony and Sally who turned up and really share good personal stories with us. We cannot make a story without them. And at the same time, they are actually using their power to fight against this new gas project. Our goal is telling that we should take care of this planet we are live in right now. Any damage on it will case a bad influence in the future. We are trying to warm these people who only looking right now to stop making decisions that all humans would disagree.

We got good feedbacks from class, like as I said earlier, sometime interviewees forget to explain what they are talking about or when they use proper nouns, we should explain them. we changed a lot of voice over by Heather’s feedback to make them sound more suitable in the script. The aspects of the project that I am pleased would be the music we are using and also these sound effects. They really make me get into the mood and find myself on the Geelong wetland.

Thanks to my teacher and all my group member again in the end. I learned a lot of editing skills through this project. I think next time I should learn to looking for interviewees by myself instead of leave that work to my group member.
