Who else is tired about hearing the same old stories about celebs and their “Mommy Issues” or “Daddy Issues”? Well for the few of you who you aren’t, your hearts would have been broken by the news that former Pop Princess, Ariana Grande, has come out saying that she has struggled with a fallout from her Dad. Yawn.
Seventeen reports that hardest thing Grande’s had to deal with is “falling out of touch with my dad”. Well, if that’s the hardest thing she has ever had to deal with then I think the girl is doing all right.
But for those of you who do care, she goes on to say “It’s private, but it happened last year. It took me so long to be okay with it. The thing that got me there was embracing the fact that that I am made up of half my dad, and a lot of my traits come from him.”
So that’s it? That is all there is to the story? Hold up… What story? “It’s private”. So we’re told the Problem singer has problems with her father, yet that’s all we’re getting to the story? Well, rightly so, her business is her business. But don’t tell us in the first place, or better yet, don’t publish it in the first place!
I’ve fallen out with my father before, and my mother, and other people in my family. We all do! That’s what family is for! So unless you’re Sharon Osbourne and public falling out with a family member over something a little more substantial, then I’d say it’s best to keep it private and not say anything at all!
Although I can’t roast the girl anymore after the loss of her grandfather last week some time after the Seventeen interview. My heart is truly with her on that front… Maybe she’s changed her attitude on a few things. Let’s instead end with a die hard fan who’s standing with Grande on the Daddy issues front.

Or if that’s not enough, in an ironic twist of events, watch a Father/Daughter duo dancing along to Ariana’s hit “Problem”. Maybe they’ll fall out in 14 years too…
WATCH: this may just be the cutest dad and daughter duo dance routine we’ve ever seen http://t.co/Rsu14FQFKf
