Tuesday 21st March 2017:
For me social media is now part of everyday life, our generation can get quite caught up in what gets posted online…
For me I think we are lucky that we have plenty of access to the internet. I caught the train into Uni today and whilst standing on the train pondering life I was listening to music on Spotify adding knew songs to already existing playlists. Whilst standing on this heavily packed train I also ‘snap chatted’ a photo using my iPhone 7 camera of this crammed carriage. I guess I did this because I wanted to share with others my frustrations, no one likes being pushed on the train or losing their balance because the train is so packed that there is nothing to hold onto. Throughout the day I looked at my Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat accounts as a source of entertainment…
I love seeing what is going on in ‘my’ world around me and for this I used both my iPhone as well as my laptop. I love having the ability to see what my friends are doing online and what is being posted. I love looking at Instagram and Facebook accounts that have healthy food recipes, today my sister tagged me in a post on Instagram about how to make a healthy brownie, for me I love seeing the power that social media can have on our health lives and then influencing me to go cook health foods such as this brownie in the kitchen.
Here is the brownie photo my sister tagged me in!
