SLOW DOWN AND LOVE YOURSELF

How has your status been since the emergence of COVID-19 in December 2019?

Do you observe changes in yourself when you are in a stressful/dysphoric/negative environment?

Are you in a constant state of stress/anxiety?

Whenever I hear “love yourself”, I always think of my younger sister, Rita, who is a cheerful girl. She always knows how to relax and release her pressure. She loves working out, reading and picnics. After a busy day’s work, she always reserved her free time for herself and enjoyed being alone.

This is Rita. What do you think of her state? Bored? Unhappy? Or stressed? Thinking about it please, is this also your state?                                                -Guangdong Province, China 2021-

The emergence of COVID-19 has not changed Rita’s daily habits. She still works out every weekend, just has changed from the gym to at home. Unable to go out for a picnic, she often take her books to the rooftop. I really admire for her positive attitude. And this positive behavior has a great impact on her at the same time.

Rita often read on the rooftop and enjoy being alone. When I was taking this photo, it felt like time had stopped at that moment.                                             -Guangdong Province, China 2021-

Maybe we are facing many challenges, but sometimes to relax ourselves properly and release the pressure is in order to challenge the difficulties in a better state. In particular, the emergence of COVID-19 makes us more prone to anxiety.

Slow down, to paint, to sing, to work out, to get close to nature, or go to sleep……
