We Live Inside a Jim

Disturbed by his falsified experiences of life within The Truman Show, Jim Carrey has recognisably disassociated from his former public persona. Spouting densely philosophical ideations in casual conversation, he finds himself in a state of hyperawareness – unable to transcend the minutiae of ordinary life.

It’s-a me, the Bad Luigi™

Confronted by his untimely RSVP to Smash with his Bros., Waluigi faces his long neglected past. He remembers that, despite Mario and co’s adventures spanning for upward of 20+ years at that point, he had only been invited to debut in the public arena in order fill out the doubles roster in a terse tennis heat in 2000. He wonders why he was named ‘Waluigi’ if he’s supposed to be the inverse of Luigi. Mario =/= Wario… that makes sense to him. But Waluigi? He knows he’s not related to Wario. They’re not the ‘Wario Bros.’ What’s with the ‘W’?
“What’s my story? Where do I fit in here?” he asks. He’ll never truly know.
