Buddy not friends with Hawthorn fans

Jesinta Campbell has criticised Hawthorn fans for the hostile and “disrespectful” reception they gave partner Lance ‘Buddy’ Franklin when he faced his former team over the weekend.

Model and girlfriend of the Sydney Swans forward said that the behaviour by the fans was not necessary and had affected Franklin.

Campbell has urged AFL fans to remember that he is still a human, no matter which football club he plays for.
