When I was told we needed to present in class our project brief 1, I was nervous not because my work wasn’t adequate or really bad… It was because the work I was about to show was personal and a reflection of who I am so its basically putting myself on display. Other then that I was fine with the idea as I found it helped with learning who my peers are creatively and personally. Also to see how others present and create there work is a learning experience on its own such as by asking how they did a specific effect in one of their videos or how they set out their project briefs in a way which is much more pleasing to view. By showing the work which conveys ‘me’ I was able to find similar interests with others who are presenting ( the people on my table ) which makes it a little bit easier to relate to my peers or find out something I wouldn’t know from just first glance. So other then just testing our ability to create content this project from just looking around the class also helped people to open up and find common interests with others around them whilst bringing them closer.
