Here I am, back with another blog. After a few hours (or days) procrastinating I have finally decided on what I’m doing. Well, sort of. If I’m honest I’m still a bit undecided.

There are several things I forgot to mention in the previous post. Things I definitely did not want to do. One of them were vlogs, I don’t want to show my face online, at least not at this moment. Another thing I want to avoid are other social media platforms, reason being because I simply don’t like the format of them, platforms such as Facebook, Instagram or Snapchat. I feel these platforms have a different audience I want to interact with. These platforms also feel limited (in terms of what you can do, UI, etc.) and very specialised.

With that out of the way, I have decided to make several action plans because I am very indecisive. In the future, I could choose one of these plans or ideas and carry out and experiment with them. There is also the option of doing more than one, as some are on different platforms.

The plans will be based on prior knowledge, knowledge I gained online simply through observation, knowledge I learnt through Media and other subjects in high school and knowledge I learnt from watching a lot of Twitch streamers and YouTube creators over the years.

The platforms I’ll be focusing on are YouTube, Reddit and Twitter. The same ones I mentioned in the previous post. For YouTube, I’ll look into starting a gaming channel, one that review games and another that possibly does let’s plays such as Minecraft. For Reddit, I’ll only be interested in gaining karma, not followers, as I have more knowledge in gaining karma. (Karma is the point system reddit uses). Twitter is my least knowledgeable platform. A lot of it will be experimental and in the dark, so to say.
