synopsis:

A chef who open up his own ice cream and Turkish desserts shop here in Melbourne after living several years in it. Obviously Melbourne is a multicultural place but deeply the most important thing here is sharing the cultures and the traditions in a welcome environment. Harun the Chef shows us how he is having the balance of keeping his own values and at the same time involving in the host culture. He tells us from this silent promotional video how he tried to represent himself, his values, his identity and his culture which is empowered him to believe in his abilities.
