Process: Our group aimed for thorough group communication, organisation, delegation, management and collaboration when completing this assignment. We organised all of the assignments individual components and their timelines, elements, dependencies and importances through dissecting notes and criteria. With further brainstorming, inspiration, ideas and feedback on our vision we set course to complete each component. We assigned one another to complete these components, such as business plans, mockups and visual designs, storyboarding, video drafting, marketing strategies, and more. Each individual would champion a certain category – like visual design, strategy, planning, etc. We combined this with constant open and honest communication ensured we would enable each other to reflect on work and ideas throughout the entire process. However, there were sometimes some significant challenges with work accountability – where we often needed to make up for late, incomplete, missing, miscommunicated, doubly-handled, or low quality work.
