Native Flavours (2019)

Native Flavours is a documentary that recognises the dismissal of native ingredients as mainstream flavours in Australia. Through the voice of Nornie Bero (Mabu Mabu), it explains how native ingredients can be easy for Australians to use at home. Its aim is to familiarise and welcome young Australians to the ingredients, and develop interest and a sense of respect for what has grown here for over 40,000 years.
