This, sadly, was the only reading I could find about one of history’s great editors. Margaret Booth, born at the turn of the 20th century, lived to 102 and was behind great works such as Mutiny on the Bounty and Annie. A seemingly necessary trait for those in her position, she worked tirelessly well into her 80s. In 1977 Booth received an honorary Oscar for her contributions to the craft of film editing.
