The persisting motivation to find a ‘film language’ arises from the observation that a  haphazard sequence of images transmits no meaning while an edited sequence is capable of doing so. It has also illustrate that different form of editing: the structural editing, the relational editing… The article also found out six principles which compared with other annotated bibliography. Further more, comparison of Pudovkin’s techniques of silent- film montage and the behaviors of adults interacting with children who are developing language suggests the existence of a set of communication principles which emerge spontaneously in instructional contexts.
