  1. The first part of this article talks about the golden age of montage and analyzes the opinions of Eisenstein about montage. It says that Eisenstein has always been too fond of the arrangement of paragraphs, and therefore often deliberately to lower the value of any art elements that would affect the sequence of combinations. A movie rely on montage, but some other movies have no necessarily to do so. Eisenstein always wants to do is to demonstrate an event visually, and emphasize it through detailed part or montage.
    This article gives me a new way to think about Eisenstein’s opinions. Even though Eisenstein’s theory is very famous,perhaps there are some questionable opinions. I should analyze all these through different ways.
