Today was our last class for the semester and for the Media 1 workshops, which was both exciting because it means I get to sleep in on Monday mornings again, and a bit of a reality check because it means that I’ve almost done half of my first year of uni.
In the workshop, we worked on updating our Tumblr site and started uploading some of our finalised content, and I think our final product is shaping up well. We also had further class discussion and feedback from Robbie, who confirmed that we were on the right track for next week’s submission. For early next week, my share of work is to finish the Murdoch video, and write up the comparison article of new and traditional media, after which all our group needs to do is to finish finalising the positioning on the blog and submit our reflection. I think we have worked really well as a group and I am happy with our end product.
