This is the final version of MILK, and the version that I used as a screener for the Film 3 presentation. Because it is for the screener, it is much shorter than the other versions. I actually really like it this short, and I think that it works both in its longer form and at this length. At this length, it focuses more on the to-and-fro reaction shots that is the focus of version I. The milk is no longer a part of this version, which means that there isn’t that layered feeling of embarrassment and dishevelled-ness, but when editing this version, I realised that this feeling is not really necessary. I used the colour grade and soundscape that I like the most in this version, which is from version II.
