In the following few weeks from week5 to week8, we started filming our promotion video and contacting guests.

So we started with crew list and the screenplay. I was in charge in the cinematography of the promotion video,  but I had to work on the day of filming, I couldn’t attend the filming. In stead of, I help with the booking gear and attending every meeting , trying to contribute on the seminar note from other groups’ seminar.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

We also came up with few potential guests,

 

 

 

 

 

and finally lock down with 3 guests.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

One of the guest Charles was unable to attend the seminar, so we had to find another guest when it was already week9. We were finally end up with 4 guests and one of them  is female, like what Woman in Media group was complain about, we found a female guest to balance the opinion for both gender in media industry.

And our guest are all very nice people, they recommended some potential for us. I guess this is why networking is important in media industry. Like someone said, media is all about networking. When we have one, we have two.

The other thing I have learnt is that time management is very important. If we work in a real situation, we can’t just said we have other work need to do so I can’t attend the meeting. We have to balance everything, make sure everything is accomplished on time so we don’t become the trouble maker.
