Perhaps the greatest thing I took from this reading was Brian Eno’s definition of culture as “everything we do not have to do”.

Eno’s definition is one of many. ‘Culture’ is ridiculously difficult to define. Its meaning has changed and changed again, and can be viewed from a range of political viewpoints. 

I think it is only appropriate to say “the area covered by the terms technology and culture is expansive and elaborate”.Thus, both culture and technology are unpredictable!
