For the past week we have been finalising the preparations for the shoot on the weekend. We had some trouble sorting out access as we only have access after nine o’clock on weekends and we needed to deliver the gear prior to that time. Paul was very helpful getting this done and we ended up emailing security the doors we needed open and they programmed this into the system. This will save a lot of hassle on the weekend.
A HUGE THANK YOU to Paul for organising this, with all of the issues with access it is an absolute miracle that this was accomplished.
We took out equipment from AV Loans as well as the building 9 techs and we ended up getting an LED lighting kit and red heads. On Friday I went through the gear with most people so they would be comfortable with it on the day. The plan is to rotate the roles per genre so that everyone gets a go with the gear.
