The results are in, and unfortunately Mel and Rana didn’t win the HP ‘Bend the Rules’ Short Film Pitching Competition. Congratulations to Toby Morris who made Time Tube for winning the judge prize and Joel Kohn who made Processed for winning the audience choice prize.
