From tea sets to tribal masks to Twitter accounts, Memento spotlights three different people and their treasured memories, through the keepsakes they hold dear. Join us as we explore key moments in their lives and challenge what the term “memento” can truly mean.

For this project, our team identified three individuals with interesting keepsakes that had entertaining backstories. Our goal was to illicit distinctive, introspective and personal interviews, under the overarching theme of memory. We hope to enable our audience to question their own perceptions of the term “memento” and what meanings they tie to it.
