I began this project with the intention of finding out if there was a way I could effectively communicate a personal list to a larger audience. After accumulating a list of items that I personally thought were related (through their shape, movement, sound, or color), I gathered them into a Korsakow film for you to explore and navigate through your own eyes and ears.
In the process of developing this project, I was able to realize just how much authorial power I (as the creator) possess when making a film – especially when it’s a personal list of things that are a direct reflection of myself (my thoughts, views, and opinions). Making an interactive film meant I had to control that power and surrender a part of it to you. Ultimately, I hope this project encourages you to pause and contemplate the visual and auditory relations between each collage of images and videos.

Do you and I see eye to eye?
