For our experiment, we wanted to work with silhouettes. We attempted to try and get the most desired silhouette effect, where there is a dark subject with clean, sharp edges, and a correctly exposed background, all in the same shot. Our experiment, therefore, was based around contrast and controlling the light in the environment.

For our second experiment, we expanded upon the findings from the previous, introducing colour, movement and distance into our shots, attempting to be more imaginative and creative with our shoot. We decided to concentrate on a specific genre also, concluding it would be best to focus on capturing shots that be reminiscent of the neo-noir style and colour palette. The kind you see in films like Blade Runner or any other media that is apart of the cyberpunk genre.
