Participation Assessment

  • happens in studio on Thursday May 25
  • in studio you will tell us what I have done well, what I have learnt to do better, what I could have done better
  • and then assign a mark (n, p, cr, d, hd).

Relational Portrait Films

  • three films, each a minimum of 1 minute
  • each film should have a title and a credit sequence of at least your name
  • film one details/describes one thing that matters for you, the sound track should describe this
  • film two details/describes one key action that is a part of an activity that matters for you, the sound track should describe this
  • film three uses a quote from any of the readings that matters for you, the sound track should list/describe all the ways this matters (what does the quote let you do, how might it have changed your thinking? it is more about looking outward from it than looking inward and explaining what it means)
  • the first two films require a brief written report that describes a) what you want the work to do, b) how would you know if it does this (if it achieved this aim), and c) what it actually does do. Think of the first two sections of writing as a casting forward, speculating, and the third reporting on what the case is
  • when submitting place all work in a single folder that is your firstname lastname
  • upload this folder (which will contain three films and two reports) to the uploads assessable work folder
  • this work is due by Friday June 2
